Sandra "Terri Lynn" Lewis was born on May 26, 1961 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Leonard "Lee Boy" Lewis and Willie Mae Jones.
Terri Lynn was a faithful servant of the Lord. She was a devoted and dedicated mother to her children.

Sandra attended Okmulgee Public School system where she graduated from Okmulgee High School with the Class of 1980. She was known as a fierce competitor and a standout in basketball and Track & Field. After graduating from high school, she attended Central State University (UCO). She moved to Texas in 1988, were she resided to raise her 4 children and see the birth of her 3 grandchildren. Sandra completed her degree in Business Administration in 1999. She was also an Occupational Therapist where she was devoted to serving her patients, which was her gift from God to serve others. Sandra never met a stranger and was able to light up any room that she was in. Sandra made sure that is was known that she loved her family and friends.

After years of fighting the battles that God tasked her to and being a faithful servant of God. Sandra was called home on January 6, 2022 by her Heavenly Father, while surrounded by her loving family

Sandra was preceded in death by her grandmother; Ernestine Lewis, grandfather; Preston Lewis, Sr., her mother; Willie Mae Jones, her sister; Barbara Lewis, and her brother; Marlon Jones.

Sandra "Terri Lynn" loving memories will survive with her daughters; DeSeana Marie Lewis, Denton, TX and Shermia Nicole Lewis (Rodrick) both of Carrolton, TX, her sons Priest LaTrey Lewis (Inez) of Fate, TX and Tremaine Lewis Millender of Lewisville, TX. Her father Leonard "Lee Boy" Lewis (Sharon) Okmulgee, her sisters Rochelle Pearson, Felecia "Dinki" Lewis both of Okmulgee, Donna Jones-Lewis of Tulsa, her brothers Elvis McGee Fayetteville, AR, Michael Jones-Lewis (Cheryl) and Teron Prince Jones both of Okmulgee. Her close & faithful Aunt Cheryl Lewis-Harrison of Tulsa, and close cousin Dr. Jawaun Lewis of Tulsa. Her grandsons Jonah Tresean Lewis, Rodrick "Deuce" Joyner, and Liam Jhase Lewis. Also surviving are numerous aunts & uncles and nieces & nephews along with cousins and close friends.

The Hour of Remembrance for Sandra will be on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the First Baptist Church-Central.  Reverend P. W. Jackson, Sr., Pastor, will officiate and Reverend McKinley Rice, Pastor of St. Matthew's Baptist Church, will deliver the Eulogy.

Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Okmulgee.
