Mr. Sidney Edward Phifer, in his 96th Season, traveled from Labor to Rest on Augsut 20, 2019 in Tulsa.
Visitation for Mr. Phifer will be Tuesday from 4-7PM in The Tulsa Chapel.
Mr. Phifer will be laid to rest on Friday August 30, 2019 at 10AM at Arbutus Memorial Park in Baltimore, Maryland under the direction of Vaughn Green Funeral Home in Baltimore.
