IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Tamica Frencelle
Webber
May 7, 1973 – January 23, 2019
A beautiful baby girl was born on May 7, 1973 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Sharon Joyce and John William Robbins. They named their beautiful bundle of joy Tamica Frenchelle Robbins affectionately known as "Tica" to family and friends. Tamica was a beautiful, gifted and talented young lady who was very active in school and was the ultimate social butterfly. During her school years at West High, she was a great basketball player and a cheerleader. Proudly so, she was the oldest sister to all her siblings and was very dedicated to her roll in each of their lives.
Tamica met and married the love of her life, Michael Aaron Webber Sr. In 1990. From this 24 year union came four beautiful children, John-Michael Sr. Brittany, Michael Jr., Adrion Michael, and 11 plus grandchildren. This momma bear was proud and a very protective mother, first and foremost, as she treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. As grandmother, she especially loved this role as Mannie. Her vivacious personality always made people around her laugh. She made friends everywhere, those who were graced with her presence knew her loyal love was for eternity. Everyone knew not to mess with Tica or any of her family and friends or there would be smoke in the city!
Michael and Tamica were called to ministry early. With the leading of the Lord and guidance from Presiding Bishop E. E. Webber Sr., Michael and Tamica founded Divine Love Ministries Inc. in Wagoner, Oklahoma, and then it moved to Muskogee, Oklahoma. Through their leadership, many churches, leaders, and ministries were birthed.
This anointed woman of God, also served as the First Lady of Divine Love Christian Fellowship, and was loved by all she served in this ministry. It was always a special treat when this psalmest, would bless the congregation with her strong but angelic alto voice.
Tamica's relationship with God was something that was real and instilled from birth. Her parents, Nanny, Grandma Edd, Grandad Williams, and village were sure to teach and show her the love of God. Tamica expressed her love for God through songs of how God specialized in the impossible, as she found safety in knowing that His eyes are on the Sparrow, and watching over her. Furthermore, as the Lord spoke to her, she knew that at the end of the day, "I'm blessed!"
Tamica was preceded in death by her mother Sharon Joyce Gray and both her paternal and maternal grandparents.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children, John-Michael Webber Sr., Brittany (Brian) Jones, Michael Webber Jr., Adrion Michael Webber; eleven plus grandchildren; her sister, Latrice (Christafa) Coulter and brothers Adrion (Angel) Robbins, Jason Robbins, Jason Richardson, William Robbins, and Daniel Robbins; her Father, John Robbins and host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. All of these she loved and touched deeply.
