On December 9, 1963, a baby boy was born to Truman and Henrietta Shine and they named him Terrance Arneil Shine. He was the fifth child born from this union. Terry, as he was referred to by family, attended Muskogee Public Schools. Later in life, he was employed by Trade Winds
West Hotel as a cook for a few years and later as a dishwasher.

After 60 years of life, Terrance "Two-O" Shine passed away on Monday, March 18, 2024, in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his father, Truman Shine, his grandparents, Charlie Shine, Carrie Shine, Elbert Johnson, and Kathrine Johnson, two aunts, Estella and Renella Johnson, two uncles, Raydell and Robert Lewis, a sister, Cheryl Shine and a brother, Wayne Shine.

Those left to cherish his memory; his Mother, Henrietta Shine; five sisters, Donna Shine, Dionne Triggs, Gail Brown, Faye Brown and Lisa Brown; three brothers, Truman [Sherry] Shine, Tracy Shine, and Marcus Shine; very special nieces, Kisha Green and Shanta Henry; very special nephews, Al Shine, Archie Morris, Chris Gandy, Sebron Brown, Robert Shine and Dionneta Triggs; along with a host of cousins; two very special
cousins, Joyce Richardson and Terri Brown; a very special friend, Sherlyn Jefferson; along with a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Better known as "Two-O" by family and friends, Mr. Shine was a lifelong resident of Muskogee and loved spending time with his family and close friends and will truly be missed.  He fought a good fight, he finished his course, he kept the faith.

The final hour with "Two-O" will be shared on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the People's Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., of Muskogee.  Burial will follow the service in the Booker T. Washington Cemetery.
