Thelma L. Williams was born to Samuel and Ostenia Williams on March 17, 1947, in Beggs, Oklahoma.

Thelma L. Williams attended Marion Anderson Elementary and Booker T. Washington High School, later She met Wilford Cleo Harris Sr. and married him in 1966 where they had two sons, Wilford Cleo Harris Jr., and Merrill Dewayne Harris. She was a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church, 2823 N Frankfort Ave, Tulsa, OK 74106.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Stella L. Williams her Identical twin, and Brenda L. Bradley.

She leaves to cherish her memory of four children; Wilford Cleo Harris Jr (Lora Harris), Merrill Dewayne Harris, April LaShane Miller, and Robin Nicole Harris who all live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has an older sister, Beatrice Chisum of Phoenix, Arizona, Pasty Manning of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and one Brother Larry Manning of Kemp, Oklahoma; aunt, Thelma (S. Morris) Talley of Kansas City, Missouri; 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives.

The Hour of Remembrance for Ms. Thelma Louise Williams, 77, will be Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 11:00 AM inside Biglow's All Faiths Chapel in Tulsa.

Visitation Services will be on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
