His Story
Robert Eugene Beavers, Sr. married Peggy Minniefield, and their loving union produced a son. They named their bouncing baby boy Timothy Tarrell Beavers. Born on September 18, 1973 in Chicago, Illinois, he would move to Tulsa, Oklahoma shortly after where he graduated from Jenks High School. He also attended Pittsburg State. Timothy would achieve his licensure in Air Conditioning and Heating, as well as becoming an electrician. He then went on to construction work, and worked his way up to supervisor. Timothy's faith in God was strong. Although unbaptized, he strongly held on to the beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Mr. Beavers was a strong black man who loved his family and friends, and was dedicated to his family, the back bone of everyone. His character was outstanding, always been a very calm and humble person. Tim was the best dad to his children, and a great son, brother, uncle, and husband. Tim was the kind of man we could go to about anything. He was always there to hold, listen, and share, and it all came from his heart. He was the funniest person you ever want to meet, and we will all miss him so much. His sister, Tina, Aunt Georgia, and cousins Larry and Karen proceeded him in death.
His precious memories will be remembered by his wife, Julie Wilson Beavers, three children: Timothy Tarrell Beavers, Jr., Alex Beavers, and Cameron Beavers, two step-children: Jade & Jeffrey, mother, Peggy Ann Minnifield, Alabama, father, Robert Eugene Beavers, Sr. (Ohio), two brothers: James Beavers (Alabama), and Robert Beavers, Jr. (Ohio), and one sister, Mary Felicia (Tulsa, OK.), grandmother, Mary Hicks (Alabama), one aunt, Helen Minniefield, one uncle, Larry Minniefield, great aunt, Gladys Hale, five nieces: Tyiara, Casee', Jerrysha, Sententious, Amunique, one nephew, James "Tre" Hall, III, three great nephews: Michael, Freddie, III, & Duanne, III, along with a host of cousins, and friends.
Services for Mr. Timothy Beavers will be Saturday May 26, 2012 at 10AM inside our All Faiths Chapel in Tulsa. Visitation will be Friday from 10AM until 7PM.
