Mr. Timothy James Dixon, Sr., after 65 years, left this life for a life eternal on Saturday, March 17, 2007 from Tulsa.

On March 13, 1943, a baby boy was born to the late Earnest Dixon and Helen Smith. They named their newborn boy Timothy James.

His parents, and 1 daughter, Ebony Collins, and 1 son, Wendell Tyrone preceded him in death. Remaining to cherish Mr. Dixon's memories are 7 children: Timothy, JR. who has a daughter Toya on the way, Helen, Linda, Richard, Sue, Tina, and Wendell, all of Tulsa, OK., grandchildren: Tinka, Sharon, Ashley, Demeisha, Linda, Rashaunda, Monique, Sharee, Corday, Nae Nae, and Larry, 2 brothers: Amos Dixon, Okmulgee, OK., Nathaniel Dixon, California, a niece Jayee Dixon, Tulsa, OK., 3 nephews: Terry, Tony, Nathaniel Dixon, JR., Okmulgee, OK., and a host of family friends, a special friend Joyce Fitzpatrick, as well as the McDade family.

The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Dixon will be Saturday, March 24, 2007 at 2PM at the Chapel of Peace in Okmulgee. Visitation for Mr. Dixon will be Friday at the Tulsa Chapel from 12Noon to 7PM, and Saturday in Okmulgee from 10AM to 1PM.
