Mr. Tommie Lewis, age 71 and a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on June 6, 2005, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is survived by his wife, Quencella, of the home, his sons, Leonard Lewis and Christopher Lewis, both of Tulsa; a daughter, Juanita Washington, Dallas, Texas; a brother, Elsworth Lewis, Grayson, Oklahoma; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends. Mr. Lewis owned and operated Lewis Trucking Company before becoming disabled and has lived in Tulsa since 1956. The service of memory for Mr. Lewis will be on Saturday, June 11, 2005 @ 11:00 A.M. @ St. Andrew Baptist Church, 3115 N. Garrison Avenue in Tulsa. Burial will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens, 126th & N. Yale Avenue in Tulsa. Visitation on Friday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM @ the funeral home in Okmulgee, 1601 N. Wood Drive and the Wake is on Friday, from 4 PM to 7 PM @ St. Andrew Baptist Church.
