IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Tony Larcell
Rucker
March 10, 1963 – September 22, 2022
In Muskogee, Oklahoma, St. Patrick E. Rucker and Mae K. Cole became the proud parents of a handsome baby boy on March 10, 1963. They named him Tony Larcell Rucker.
Mr. Rucker accepted the Lord into his life at an early age at the Greater Canaan Baptist Church. He later shared his faith in the Lord with his brother, Pastor Steve Rucker, under watch care with the Elohim Love Center Church until his passing. Mr. Rucker attended Muskogee Public Schools, graduating from Muskogee High School in 1981.
Later in life, Mr. Rucker met Janette Christwell, and to this union, one child was born. The relationship dissolved but the friendship remained. In 2009, he met Towannia Miller and fell in love with her, affectionately calling her "wifey."
Mr. Rucker enjoyed being outside around family and friends, playing a game of 7/11 with a towel close by to whip his forehead with the biggest smile on his face. Mr. Rucker often picked up odd jobs when his health would allow him.
Mr. Rucker, in his 59th year, transitioned from Earth to everlasting memory on Thursday, September 22, 2022, from Muskogee, Oklahoma. Those to greet him at Heaven's gates include his parents, Mae K. Cole and St. Patrick Rucker; grandmothers, Lizzy Payne and Indy Rucker; and brothers Otis Ray Payne, Sr., and Bruce Wayne Rucker, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his precious memory: his loving daughter, Tonette Rucker; grandson, Corzetti Larcell Davis; his loving mate, Towannia Miller; stepson, Justin Bo Miller of Muskogee, OK; three sisters, Patricia Rucker and Loretta Rucker, both of Muskogee, OK, and Shavonna Rucker of Tulsa, OK; five brothers, Kenneth Rucker, Pastor Steve (Audrey) Rucker, and Don (Annette) Cubit, all of Muskogee, OK, Jerry (Anita) Rucker of Spiro, OK, and Gary (JoAnn) Rucker of Wagoner, OK; aunts, Paralee Rucker of St. Louis, MO, and Lucille Vann of Oklahoma City, OK; the Reeves Addition family; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
The Final Hour for Tony will commence on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at the Eleventh Hour at Life Point Church in Muskogee.
You may visit him, as he slumbers in peaceful repose in The People's Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., in Muskogee on Friday, September 30, 2022 between the hours of 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
