Obituary

On November 23, 1962, a baby girl was born to Garfield Smith and Elnora Sneed in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  She was the third child of her siblings and was given the name Tracy Lynetta Sneed.

Tracy received her formal education in the Muskogee Public Schools and completed her education at Historic Carter G. Woodson School in Tullahassee, Oklahoma, graduating with the Class of 1981.

After graduation, Tracy worked at various vocations in Muskogee, until she gained employment with Muskogee Public Schools in 1989 as a Dietary Specialist.

In her spare time, Tracy enjoyed taking long rides viewing the countryside, listening to music, playing games on her computer and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

In October of 1994, Tracy met the love of her life, Marvin Winston.  On May 19, 2007, Tracy and Marvin joined together as one.  There were no children born to this union.

Tracy placed her membership with Boulevard Christian Church, under the leadership of Pastor James McCracken.  She attended regulary until her health began to fail.

In her 54th year with us, Tracy Lynetta Winston, with her husband and daughter by her side, closed her eyes on Earth to transition to Eternal life on Monday morning, September 4, 2017 from her home in Muskogee.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Genise Ceasar.
