Tyra Wynette Olden 44, transitioned peacefully on August 27, 2015. She was born on October 7, 1970 to LaDonna Sue Manning and Ollie Crisp, but was raised by her mother and step-father, David Manning. She was preceded in death by her mother, LaDonna Sue Manning and Grandmother, Kathreen Brooks – Harris She is now rejoicing in heaven with her mother and grandmother. She received her formal education from the Okmulgee, OK public school district and graduated from Okmulgee High School.

Tyra confessed her love and hope in Christ at an early age and united with Eastside Baptist Church where she was a loyal and faithful member and served on the usher board. She loved her church family. She was employed by Brighter Day as a Home Health provider.

Tyra united in marriage to Tony Olden and to this union, two children were born, Tyesha Olden, and Tyandra Olden. Tyra was full of joy and loved her children dearly. She took pride in being a grandmother. Her grandson, Terrell Andrew Olden and granddaughter, LaDonna Sue Ashley were her pride and joy. Tyra was also a people person and she loved people.

She leaves to cherish her memories her two daughters Tyesha Olden, Kansas City, MO; and Tyandra Olden Tulsa OK; one grandson, Terrell Andrew Olden, Tulsa, OK and one granddaughter, LaDonna Sue Ashley, Kansas City, MO, her biological father, Ollie Crisp and her step-father, ,David Manning , two sisters, LaTesha Cowan (DeJuan), and Crystal Carr (Dorian) Tulsa, OK and two brothers Rashad Crisp and Jahan Crisp; a special aunt Sheila Brooks, Kansas City, MO; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends. She was loved and will be missed dearly.

A Memorial Ceremony celebrating her life with us will be shared on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. in the Eastside Baptist Church, 211 North Osage Avenue in Okmulgee.
