Velda Gayle Tutt Hazley, 78, passed from this life to be with the Father on December 26, 2013. Born on August 2, 1935 in Hennessey, OK, Velda was the second child of Martin and Velma Tutt. She graduated with honors as Valedictorian of the class of 1954 from Dunbar High School in Hennessey, OK.
