Mrs. Velma Palmer in her 86th year, was called home by her Lord and Savior on February 9, 2020, in the presence of her loving family at her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Service of memory for Miss Palmer will be in the All Faiths Chapel at Keith Biglow Funeral Directors in Tulsa, OK, Pastor David Johnson will be officiating.
