Mr. Warren William "Thomas" Fultz, in his 32nd year, surrendered his soul on October 16, 2021.

On December 5, 1988, GOD blessed Janice Allen and John Fultz Jr. with a son. His name was Warren William Thomas Fultz. He was affectionately known as Dad, Thomas, Uncle, Dad, Tumm Tukka, Bro and many others as well.

Thomas lived in Okmulgee, Ok for most of his life. Venturing to places like Tulsa Ok, Mississippi and Louisiana. Thomas had a passion and deep love for rapping. Thomas also loved to play basketball, riding horses, and working on automobiles. Thomas was a skilled construction finisher and enjoyed dabbling in the culinary industry as a chef. Thomas was a fun-loving guy and loved to laugh and clown and we loved it as well.

Thomas leaves to cherish his memory, Three loving children: Gabriel, Tavion and Azaria Fultz, Mother Janice Denise Allen, Father John L. Fultz Jr., Sister Channette Fultz and Nephew Devin Fultz. Uncle Tommy (Traci) Allen was like his dad. Cousin/brother Leroy Barnett, Cousin Raymone Allen. A host of brothers (4) and sisters (2). Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and friends whom he loved.

A Memorial Ceremony will be shared on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the First Baptist Church, 5th and Seminole streets in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
