On May 13, 1976, a bouncing baby boy was delivered to the union of John Paul and Beatrice Moaning. Wesley grew up in Arbeka, Oklahoma, and attended Butner Elementary and Boley High School where he created electrical mechanisms. He accepted Christ at an early age at the Church of God in Boley. Wesley was a loving and caring person who loved life. He also had a deep passion for food.

On Monday August 9, 2010, Wesley transitioned to Eternal Rest. His parents, one brother, Paul preceded him in death. Remaining to cherish his precious memories: six sisters: Brenda F. Barnett, Bristow, OK., Paula J. Fortenberry, Tulsa, OK., Shanita Young, (Anthony), Tulsa, OK., Michelle Loriz (Jason), Jacksonville, FL., Ruth Bradford (Nathan), Bristow, OK., and DeMetria Moaning, Tulsa, OK., one brother, John Quincy Moaning, Houston, TX., along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services are scheduled for Monday August 16, 2010 at 1PM at St. John Baptist Church in Boley. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2PM to 5PM at Tulsa Chapel.
