IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Wilbert
Zackery, Sr.
March 18, 1934 – January 24, 2026
Wilbert Zackery Sr. AKA Juice was born to Willie and Farrie Lambert Zackery on March 18, 1934, in Clearview, Oklahoma. He was the first of seven children: Dorothy, Jack, Linda, Willie Marie, Patsy, JuneBaby. These seven children grew up in a loving home where they enjoyed playing, fighting, and working together for family.
He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and was a member of the Church of the Living God Temple #99 in Clearview, OK.
Wilbert attended Clearview Public Schools where he played baseball, enjoyed fishing, hunting, horseback riding, and worked on a farm. His working on a farm instilled in him core family values. He learned carpentry, and how to operate heavy equipment. His ability to build allowed him to support his family and have a lasting relationship with the community until he retired. Wilbert’s reputation as a husband, father, pillar in the community spoke for itself. His work was his calling card. He needed no business card.
He met and married the love of his life, Ida Mae Slaughter, on May 31, 1955. Six children were born to this union. The loving and generous home they built was not only for their children, but for anyone who needed a helping hand. Zack made a habitual ritual to check on the “Elders” of Clearview every other month. He did this faithfully. All were so grateful to see him come and stay and chat awhile.
On January 24, 2026, at 4:21am, JuiceMan clocked out of his shift of building and developing, clocked into his new address, received his heavenly wings, and joined the heavenly family reunion.
