Obituary

On April 25th, 1943 in Kansas City, Kansas a baby boy was born to Henry & Rosa (Sims) Hardridge; they named him William Lee Hardridge. He was affectionately known by family and friends as Bo Jack.

After completing his formal schooling, Bo Jack joined the United States Army. He was in boot camp at Camp Gruber Training Center in Braggs, Oklahoma. While in the U.S. Army, he completed a tour of duty in Vietnam. He received several medals while enlisted; including the Bronze Medal. Bo Jack was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army on September 30, 1969.

In Muskogee, Oklahoma in 1963, Bo Jack caught the eye of Mary Hardeman while walking down the street. They met and dated for a few years and were married on December 26, 1966, in Muskogee. With this union, they were blessed with two baby boys and they named them William Lee "Casper" Hardridge, Jr. and Darrell Lynn Hardridge. After seven years of marriage, Bo Jack and Mary divorced; however, true love always prevails. On June 11, 2016, they were remarried.

Bo Jack loved the outdoors; you could often find him fishing or hunting. He also loved the Lord and followed that love with baptism in 2017 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was active in the Morning Glory Prayer Line and In God's Hands Ministries, under the direction of Kenneth and Brenda Hardridge.

Bo Jack was preceded in death by his parents; 14 siblings; two sons, Darrell Lynn and Casper; and other family members.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Mary Hardridge; two grandchildren, Ronald William Hardridge & Kyah Hardridge; two great-grandchildren, Kali and Greyson; two sisters, Christine (Elmer) Groves of Kansas City, Missouri and Marie Collins of Kansas City, Kansas; four sisters-in-law, Evelyn (Charley) Epperson and Loretta (Vernon) Givens of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Brenda Frazier, and Linda Hall of Muskogee, Oklahoma; two brothers in law, Leslie (Dorothy) Hardeman of Elk City, Oklahoma and Johnny Hardeman of McAlester, Oklahoma; and a host of nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind a very good friend, Ronald Motte of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
