Mr. William "Bill" C. Taylor, in his 63rd year, passed away on Saturday morning, September 30, 2017 from Broadway Manor Health Care Center in Muskogee.
Mr. Taylor was a United States Army Veteran and a former resident of Eufaula, Oklahoma.
Mr. Taylor will be cremated and the family will announce a memorial ceremony at a later date.
