Detroit, Michigan was the starting point for the life of a beautiful, baby girl beginning on Augus 21, 1958. This little girl, named Yvonne Rose Marie Green, was the product of love between Johnnie and Mackey Lee Green.
Yvonne grew up in Muskogee, where she received her primary education at Langston Elementary School, Alice Robertson Junior High School and eventually Muskogee High School. She furthered her education at Connors State College, Bacone College and the Bryan Institute.
At an early age, she realized the importance of a personal relationship with Christ and united with the Macedonia Baptist Church, under the pastorage of the late Reverend Tommy McFrazier.
Later in life, she united in marriage to Issac Anthony Warrion on December 21, 1977. Their union produced two daughters.
She was a friend to everyone who knew her and will be missed by her family and friends. He rmemory will live on in our hearts.
On Wednesday morning, November 15, 2006, Yvonne left life for Eternity, with her loving family near her side. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She leaves in God's care; her daughters, Mackisha Warrior and Ebony Warrior; her grandchildren, Taionna, Taramesha, Eleceanna and Breonia; her fiance', Nathan Bradley; her devoted sisters and their families, Sonya Washington Cosby [Gregory] and their children, Brittany, of Washington, DC, Nancy Hill and her son, Julien Hill, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Ramona Green Stanford [Donald] and their children, Remona, Donovan and D.J.; a devoted cousin and second mother, Lorraiane Hale; along with a host of uncles, nephews, brothers and sisters and friends.
The tribute will be on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. in the Faith Deliverance Christian Center. Apostle Lathon Archie, Pastor, will Preside. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Muskogee.
