Ms. Jeanette F. Ceasar, after 72 years, passed from this life on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from her home in Muskogee.
Ms. Ceasar was a retired school teacher for Muskogee Public Schools and a Manual Training High School graduate.
She will be cremated and a memorial ceremony will be announced at a later date.
